After years of long distance friendship and numerous to-ing and fro-ing, April 2003 saw Ka take the big step of leaving her home in Switzerland and moving to Australia.

The mess of unpacking. Ka brought half of Switzerland with her! Baggage restrictions were only a guide... so Ka ignored them and brought: 33kg in a suitcase, 15kg hand luggage, plus two handbags and wore 6 layers of clothing!!

Our civil wedding service held at our home in April 03. The service included Ka's parents who flew out from Switzerland and K's mum and sister.
